Nareit Hawaiʻi: Affordable Housing Grants for Nonprofits, Apply by June 19
The Nareit Foundation is accepting applications from Hawaiʻi nonprofits working on affordable housing projects. The foundation has awarded more than $2.8 million for affordable housing projects since 2018.
What It Covers
- Affordable housing projects for sale or rent in Hawaiʻi.
- Projects that are ready to move forward, especially shovel-ready affordable housing projects.
Who Can Apply
Eligible applicants are Hawaiʻi nonprofits implementing affordable housing projects. Planning-only projects are not the intended use of this funding.
