Asheville Small Businesses: $14.6M Available for Helene Recovery Grants, Apply by July 14
The Asheville Recovers Together Small Business Grant Program will provide $14.6 million in recovery funding for Asheville businesses still dealing with physical or economic damage from Tropical Storm Helene. Eligible businesses may receive grants from $5,000 to $75,000.

- Costs tied to rebuilding, reopening, stabilizing operations, and bringing jobs back
- Support for creative businesses, independent makers, restaurants, retailers, and other eligible local businesses
Who Can Apply
- Businesses located in the City of Asheville
- Businesses that were physically or economically impacted by Tropical Storm Helene
- Businesses that have not fully recovered from the storm
- Applicants that earned at least $20,000 over the past three years
- Businesses that previously received federal assistance may still qualify if recovery gaps remain

Why This Matters
