Mount Sterling: Façade Grants Cover Up to 90% of Projects, Apply by June 15
Mount Sterling is accepting applications for its Residential Façade Improvement Program. The program can reimburse up to 90% of eligible exterior improvements, up to $15,000.
What It Covers
- Exterior painting, siding, roofing, windows, doors, and porches.
- General exterior improvements that improve curb appeal.
- Projects must be completed after approval and reimbursed after completion.
Who Can Apply
Eligible properties must be single-family, owner-occupied residences that are at least 15 years old. Applicants must be current on taxes, fees, mortgage payments, and homeowner insurance.
