SEOPW CRA Small Business Grant: Up to $5,000 for Overtown Businesses, Rolling Applications

The Southeast Overtown/Park West Community Redevelopment Agency is offering direct small business grants of up to $5,000 for eligible businesses inside the redevelopment area. The program is designed to help local businesses cover operating expenses, invest in infrastructure, and build long-term stability.

What It Covers

• Operational costs that support business stability.
• Equipment and infrastructure purchases or upgrades.
• Façade and business improvement expenses tied to strengthening the business.

Who Can Apply

Applicants must meet all core requirements below:

• The business must be located within the Southeast Overtown/Park West redevelopment area.
• The business must have a valid City of Miami business license.
• The business must be in good standing with local, state, and federal rules, including taxes and regulatory compliance.
• Applicants cannot apply more than once every 60 days.
